Eight professionals know how to read a room, and our DJ option covers the time in between and after. What does a live band cost for a company event?
There is no flat answer, because no two company events are the same. What drives the price: how big the line-up should be, how long we play, whether a DJ set is part of it, and how far we travel.
So you will not get a price tag from us, you will get an offer that fits your event. Send us your date and the setting, and we put together an individual quote, with the line-up, the running order and what is included set out exactly as you need it.

What line-up do you play in?
At full strength we are eight musicians with a complete horn section. For a reception or a quieter opening stretch we also come smaller, as a duo, a trio or a jazz combo. Tell us the setting you have in mind and we will suggest the right option.
How long do you play?
Typically 7pm to 11pm. We stay flexible and work around your programme. Tell us when it should start and when it should end, and we plan the sets around that.
Do you play during the programme as well?
Yes. We are an event band, not just a party band. Reception music, discreet backing during dinner, a walk-on for the management or music for an awards moment, we can cover all of it. Tell us which moments need music and we build it into the running order.
Do we need to organise sound equipment?
No. We bring our own sound system (PA) and lights. All we need from the venue is power and a space to set up.
How much space do you need?
Roughly eight by five metres for the full eight-piece line-up. The smaller line-up needs far less. If you are unsure whether your venue works, send us photos or a floor plan and we will tell you.
How long does setup take?
Setup and soundcheck usually take two hours. We agree the timing with you and the venue beforehand, so none of it lands in the middle of your programme.
Do you still need a DJ?
No. Our sound engineer does the DJ set and we have worked together for years. You book one team that knows each other, rather than two suppliers meeting for the first time on the day. And if you would rather bring your own DJ, that is no problem either.
Can we request songs?
Yes. Tell us beforehand what should definitely be played and what should never be. If you need a particular song for a particular moment, we will put it in the set.
Do you travel outside Munich?
Munich and anything within a two hour drive is routine for us. Augsburg, Ingolstadt, Rosenheim, Garmisch or Salzburg, for example, plus regions like the Chiemgau and the Allgäu. Longer trips work too, we have played in Berlin, in Italy and in Austria. We just need a bit more notice for those.
How far in advance should we ask?
Just ask, short notice included. We will see what is possible on your date and put something together for you.
