This website is hosted with Vercel Inc. (USA), with the server location set to Frankfurt am Main (EU). Vercel processes technically necessary data (see "Server log files") on the basis of our legitimate interest in a reliable, performant delivery of this website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

Server log files

When you visit this website, technical information is automatically collected and stored for a limited period (server log files), such as IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser used, and referrer URL. Vercel Web Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how our website is used. This service does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses or other data that would make individual visitors identifiable; only aggregated, anonymous statistics are produced. Inquiry form

When you contact us via the inquiry form, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, event date, venue, event type, message) solely to process your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (handling an inquiry with a view to a possible contract) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

The form also contains a field that is not visible to you (honeypot) for spam detection; no personal data is processed through this field.

Fonts

This website uses web fonts that are self-hosted on our own server. No connection is made to Google's or any other font provider's servers; no data is transferred to third parties.

Social networks

In the footer of this website, we link to our Instagram and YouTube profiles. These are plain text links, not embedded plugins; visiting this website does not transfer any data to these providers. Only if you actively click one of these links do you leave our website, at which point the respective provider's privacy policy applies.

Embedded videos

Should we embed videos on this website in the future (e.g. on the Media page), this will only happen after a deliberate click on your part (two-click solution), not automatically when the page loads. Only that click establishes a connection to the respective provider (e.g. YouTube / Google Ireland Limited).
